9 month update

Camryn turned 9 months on January 5! I can't believe how fast time flies. She had a check-up appointment on the 5th. She weighed in at 16 lbs and 4 oz and 27 inches. She was in the 10th percentile for weight and 50th for length. So she is still a tiny little girl...which suprises me with how much she eats! She loves to feed herself big people food. It is so nice to be able to go out to eat and order a grilled cheese off the kiddie menu and just break it up for her and she goes to town.

She is really starting to take off walking. Tonight was really impressive! She has been taking a few steps here and there, but tonight she was wandering a lot further. She still only has two teeth but there are more that on the verge of popping out.

I love this stage. She makes me laugh on a daily basis. She comes up with new noises to gestures all the time. Above are some random pics.

Uncle Harry got Camryn a giant teddy bear and she mauled it! She still loves it.

Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa Bailey's for the afternoon. She loved playing with Grandpa's gift (beer and rubber mallet)

We opened gifts on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at Grandma and Grandpa Hollingsworth's house. She loved playing with the wrapping paper.

Halloween

We met up with our play date group for a photo op. Camryn was more interested in eating the leaves and later picking on Aidyn! Camryn will her cousins

Camryn will be 7 months old tomorrow. She is crawling all over the place, pulls herself up on everything and can just now go from crawling to sitting up all by herself! She needs to work on going from standing to sitting a little easier though-what can I say, she has her mom's grace.

Update

Ok, so I apologize for neglecting this site for so long. So make sure you scroll down and see all the added pics. Camryn is 6 months old now and growing and changing constantly. She eats food at all three meals now and loves it. I think she would rather eat the food than have a bottle. She loves drinking water out of her sippy cup and can sit up unsupported. She is also trying to pull herself up on things. At her 6 month appt she weighed 14 lbs 12 oz (25th percentile) and 25 1/2 inches long (25th percentile) so she is a petite little girl.

Misc

On Labor Day, Camryn got to go to the river for the first and only time this summer. The life jacket didn't bother her at all-thank goodness. She fell asleep on the way back to the landing even though it was a rough ride. Hopefully next summer will be better and we can go out on the river more so she can really enjoy it. She loves the water. A gift from Matt and Adrianna

3 Month Pics

I just figured out that I never did say-The harness is off! We have also been back for a check-up since then and the doc said she is looking good. She has to go back in 6 weeks for an x-ray and then shouldn't have to go back again.

Camryn was 3 months old on July 5 and my mom and I went and had her pictures taken at Sears that day. Above is a sampling.

I can't believe how much Camryn has grown and changed. She loves to be able to "stand" and talk to you. She has also very recently started watching the dogs play. I would love to know what she is thinking...I think.
